3. Emergency Warning

NodexMed does not provide emergency medical services. In case of a medical emergency, please call your local emergency number or visit the nearest emergency room. Opinions obtained through the platform should not be the sole determinant in treatment decisions.

4. Payment and Refunds

Payment terms:

  • Payment is held in escrow until the consultation is complete
  • Cancellation and refund rules are specified before booking
  • Refund policy applies for no-show situations
  • All prices are clear and transparent, no hidden fees
